A Cocoa Beach and space coast perfect launching point. A spotless house with a wonderful pool and outdoor area that is like an oasis. An easy 5-7 minute walk to four great restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a Publix/Publix liquor store. Close to everything in Cocoa Beach and was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The property looks exactly like the photos, a mirror image. A super responsive host and just a first class property that was worth every penny. We will be back.

We had a great time! It was so quiet and peaceful! We loved the beach decor, lots of seating for eating, the clawfoot tub in main bedroom was a big hit with our 2 1/2 year old, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and extra! We liked that there were some spices and oil already there. The welcome basket was awesome! The house was everything that we had hoped for! The pool seemed a bit cool for a heated pool. I messaged the owner and she responded quickly and helped resolve the issue!:) They do have a nice high chair and a pack n play for littles that is not listed in the air b&b. Overall great visit. If we return to Melbourne beach we will definitely stay here!

Location was perfect! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood that was any easy walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio area. Host was extremely friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone heading to the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area.

We lived most of our adult lives in Hawaii and this house had the same calm feeling as our home in Hawaii. Beautiful views of the Banana River. The managers were very quick to respond to an issue I had with an ant infestation. It was fixed right away. It was peaceful to sit outside and look at the water. We were fortunate enough to be there when there was a Space X rocket launch one evening. That was absolutely spectacular! Thank you for a lovely stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if I was to return to Florida.

The stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The pictures look just like the place when we arrived, which was an excellent starting point. The communication was seamless and prompt. The place was absolutely beautiful and in a great location for a family trip! Would definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone going to the Melbourne area.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Offene Küche mit Eß- und Couchbereich. Herrlich und auch wirklich schön eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten. Der Garten mit dem Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles sehr gemütlich. In ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Sehr schön!

Always stay here while visiting Coco beach. The cottage is always pristine every time I visit. My pups love the back yard and give the cottage two paws up. Walking distance to the beach and a large selection of places to eat. Selene the manager makes sure you have a perfect stay, she is a true gem I look forward to many return visits.

This is a great cottage for a beach adventure. Take a short walk to the beach in the morning and stroll across the street for an awesome meal. Catch a rocket launch or go fishing, this is a get spot to do it. The host is very friendly and responsive if you need anything. We would definitely recommend this cottage for your next adventure.

If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation to get away from the crowd this is the place to go. It’s near the beach and a good place to star gaze. The house is spacious and has a nice pool with a hammock in the back. And To top it off the people in the area are very friendly.

Beautiful home with wonderful screened in patio and heated pool. The location was perfect- just a short walk to the beach, near to public parks and nice restaurants. The home was exactly as described, clean and well-maintained with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing getaway near the ocean!
