You'll be close enough to all of Cocoa Beach's action yet situated in a quiet and quaint neighborhood where you'll find peace and quiet. Our closest Beach Park is Lori Wilson which is perfect for a beachside picnic with pavilions, playground, volleyball court, lifeguards and BBQ Grills, free parking, restrooms, outdoor showers, water fountains, vendors onsite and dog park. The Hilton also has public access, a restaurant/bar and you’re also able to rent umbrellas and chairs. You'll find a Publix plaza less than a mile north on A1A. Many Restaurants, Shopping and Activities within short driving distance. You’ll be 30 minutes driving distance to the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral. You’ll be less than a 10 minute driving distance to Coconuts on the Beach, the Cocoa Beach Pier and many other bars, restaurants, shops and activities in Cocoa Beach. 1 hour driving distance to Disney World, Universal Studios and many other Orlando Theme Parks and Activities.
Guest Access
Guests have access to all parts of the home including the garage for laundry & equipment storage. Please Stay OUT of the covered owner's storage area. Parking is never allowed in the garage. The garage is reserved for enjoying the game table, laundry, beach supplies and equipment only. You are welcome to our beach chairs, beach toys, wagon and bikes. We just ask you to treat them gently for the next to enjoy.

DISCLOSURE: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the property. We are also not responsible for loss of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests are expressly assuming the risk for any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property. We have CHILD DOOR ALARMS for all doors leading out to the pool and canal. They are remote controlled and can be turned on and off at your preference. Please be advised that we have a Ring doorbell and Outdoor Ring Security cameras facing all possible entrances to our property; 1 facing the canal, 1 facing driveway/ west side entrance, 1 facing east side gate entrance. Also note that we have regular Maintenance for the Pool and Lawn as long as weather permits. Lawn: Thursday Pool: Friday NUMBER OF GUESTS: We are happy to accommodate up to 8 guests (including children). Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund. SMOKING: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed in the home and pool area. Please be mindful of other guests and surroundings and do not toss cigarette buds or ashes in the lawn, garden, or in surrounding areas. Smoking is allowed outside with the doors closed, only. PETS are not allowed (Allergies). PARTIES OF ANY KIND, LOUD MUSIC, OR NOISY GET-TOGETHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 9:00am on weekdays and 11:00pm to 9:00am on weekends. Absolutely no firecrackers or fireworks of any kind should be set off from inside or outside of the home as it creates a fire hazard with our landscaping and furniture. CHECK-IN is at 4:00pm. If you require an early check-in, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply. CHECK-OUT time is 11:00am. If you require a late check-out, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply. You’ll find a pack-n-play crib along with with a high chair for your little one, in the queen guest bedroom closet. PROVIDED: Upon Arrival you should make an inventory of what you will need for the duration of your stay.
