My kids and I stayed here for a little family vacation and it was perfect! Mornings were wonderful having coffee out on the dock. Within walking distance of the beach. Everybody had space to relax. I would definitely return again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home right on the water! It had a luxurious feel and was perfect for our family of eight. We really appreciated the extra amenities like the rollaway bed, highchair, and playpen, they made traveling with kids so much easier. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying here! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and everything our family of 7 needed. Great location just a few minutes away from the beach and restaurants/stores. We loved being able to hang out as a family poolside. Our host was great, very responsive making sure we were all set and the home had everything we needed! We would love to come back again in the future. 🤗

This is an amazing house for vacation and down time! Steps to the beach and beautiful sunsets in one direction, and a couple blocks from the river sunsets in the other. House is spacious and has everything you could need for your stay. Covered porch w plenty of seating and perfect pool for relaxing. Hostess was wonderful with ongoing verification that everything was perfect - along with reminders for taking out trash (which were great reminders since they are different from our days at home). Looking forward to next year’s trip here!

The property was exactly as described. We used the pool every day and also went to the beach everyday.. You could walk from the house to the beach, but we chose drive over to one of the nearby parks so we didn't have to carry our stuff so far. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Our 19 & 17 year old kids were very happy and we all agreed this was the most relaxing vacation we ever had. We would definitely stay there again.

We had such a lovely time staying here!! It was exactly what we were looking for. The home was beautiful, walking distance to the beach, easy access to the Cocoa Beach restaurants and shopping, absolutely perfect overall! Selene was excellent with open communication and resolved any unforeseen issue that arose. This is a hidden gem!!

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

Lovely home and incredible host. Entire duration of the stay Selene was extremely kind and considerate. 100% would recommend this home and have already told friends that travel to Florida frequently to stay here.

My family and I had the best time here! Amazing, perfect location for all things Cocoa Beach. The pictures don't do this beautiful home justice, it's a little paradise tucked away. The pool was perfect, we used it a lot. Beds were very comfy, this home is very clean, lots of games, pool toys, beach equipment, walking distance to amazing restaurants and to the beach. It's very peaceful here and Selene is the best. She was super flexible, responsive, checked on us a few times to make sure we were comfortable, very friendly, and she gives great local recommendations. Don't pass this place up, highly, HIGHLY recommend!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you'd expect - full kitchen, washer/dryer, even a peaceful outdoor area with a hammock. The location couldn’t be better: just a 5-minute (or less) walk to the beach, great restaurants, and downtown Cocoa Beach. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly, making it easy to relax. The host, Selene, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. For example, she dropped off shampoo and body wash within 15 minutes of my request and checked in after the first night to make sure everything was going well. We’d absolutely stay here again (in which I hope to) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach looking for an authentic beach cottage experience! It was not just a bed to sleep in - the cottage was a key contributor to our getaway.
