Emplacement parfait dans un secteur ultra tranquil. Toutes les commodités étaient présentes dans la maison. A 5 min a pied de la plage. Seul bémol, la piscine n'était pas chauffé, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. Température environ de 78c, un peu frais pour moi.

Celebrated my birthday here and it was perfect ! Everything is within walking distance, so many cool bars and restaurants to choose from. Adorable little cottage with spacious fenced in patio with a hammock too! The host was super helpful and responsive to everything we needed! Thank you again 10/10 trip :)

Our family had a great stay at the Mermaid house! Everything was super clean and cozy and the host was very responsive. The house is well set up for a nice home away from home kind of stay. The beach has a parking lot just across the street and the pool area had beach chairs and umbrella we used. Would highly recommend!

The house was very clean, and very well maintained. All the appliances were user friendly. There was plenty of space for 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. The pool and grounds were also very well maintained.

The house is convenient to the beach on a quiet street. It is just as the pictures describe it. It was very clean and I would totally recommend this home and host.

This spot was great for being able to walk to the beach, walk to find food (highly recommend 4th Street Fillin’ Station, Jazzy’s, and The Fat Donkey!), and just enough space for 3 people to stay comfortably. Be mindful — it is on a main road that can be a little busy, but it wasn’t a huge issue. My boyfriend had a kayak mount on the roof of his truck which meant we couldn’t park in the designated parking space under the beautiful tree outside and had to park on the road; it just made getting out of the passenger side a little iffy at certain times of the day! There were plenty of towels for beach and shower use, plus the laundry available in the back. We appreciated the bathroom products available for use during our stay, too! The host, Selene, was communicative and responsive the whole week. Overall, we enjoyed our time in cocoa beach here. :)

La maison correspondait exactement à la description, idéalement placée pour aller à Cap Canaveral au KSC. Parfaite aussi pour sa vue sur le canal et la piscine. Toute ma famille était ravie ! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter lors d'un prochain séjour à Cocoa Beach.

We loved our stay! Solene was very easy to talk to and responsive. The house was clean and just as shown. It was a very easy walk to the beach, just across the street.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. We wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We spent most of our time in the pool!

Location was south of all the tourist areas and beach was peaceful! Host was responsive to all our needs. Home was extremely clean and neat. Easy access to great restaurants too!
