The house is convenient to the beach on a quiet street. It is just as the pictures describe it. It was very clean and I would totally recommend this home and host.

This spot was great for being able to walk to the beach, walk to find food (highly recommend 4th Street Fillin’ Station, Jazzy’s, and The Fat Donkey!), and just enough space for 3 people to stay comfortably. Be mindful — it is on a main road that can be a little busy, but it wasn’t a huge issue. My boyfriend had a kayak mount on the roof of his truck which meant we couldn’t park in the designated parking space under the beautiful tree outside and had to park on the road; it just made getting out of the passenger side a little iffy at certain times of the day! There were plenty of towels for beach and shower use, plus the laundry available in the back. We appreciated the bathroom products available for use during our stay, too! The host, Selene, was communicative and responsive the whole week. Overall, we enjoyed our time in cocoa beach here. :)

The house was perfect for our family weekend! It was spacious enough for 8 of us. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor kitchen was a nice touch. We will definitely return.

La maison correspondait exactement à la description, idéalement placée pour aller à Cap Canaveral au KSC. Parfaite aussi pour sa vue sur le canal et la piscine. Toute ma famille était ravie ! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter lors d'un prochain séjour à Cocoa Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. We wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We spent most of our time in the pool!

Location was south of all the tourist areas and beach was peaceful! Host was responsive to all our needs. Home was extremely clean and neat. Easy access to great restaurants too!

We stayed here for UCF move in. It's a great location and conveniently located between campus, attractions, and the airport. The pool was amazing and refreshing everyday. I look forward to staying here for future trips to see our son at college.

If you want a private oasis, this is for you!!! Neighbors?? What neighbors? You can’t even tell anyone is around! It’s incredibly quiet so it’s the ultimate peaceful oasis! The inside is beautiful, beds are comfy, shower is huge, and everything is so clean! It was so nice to wake up to that view in the master, we usually shut out the world with blinds but couldn’t bring ourselves to do that here! The host is amazing, very responsive and would give us local recommendations whenever we asked! All the recommendations were exactly as described and just what we asked for! This place and this host definitely left us feeling relaxed and happy! The location is very close to restaurants, shops and grocery. We also were able to have most things delivered! We went to Disney/Seaworld 3 times and it was close enough but far enough too! Definitely nice to get out of the crazy of Orlando but nice to be close enough to go! You should stay here, you won’t regret it!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, bright, and full of fun energy — the kind of place that instantly makes you feel like you’re on vacation. The spacious living area and kitchen were perfect for spending time together, and the private pool was the highlight of our trip. We loved having a quiet retreat to come back to after exploring Orlando. The neighborhood felt safe and relaxing, which made it easy to truly unwind. Our host was fantastic — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful — and made check-in and check-out effortless. This home was the perfect blend of comfort and charm, and we would absolutely stay here again!
